RCIR offers a full range of operations support ranging from traditional operations and maintenance (O&M) to comprehensive service and facility life cycle management plans. The operations group at RCIR includes experienced professionals from multiple disciplines including former plant managers, certified operators, maintenance supervisors, and technicians, who are support by process engineers with in-plant hands on experience to increase operational efficiency and increase plant uptime.
